Where We Ship

Right now, we ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We’re working on expanding internationally soon follow along on Faceook, Instagram and TikTok for updates.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

        Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

        Free Standard Shipping: on all orders over $50, automatically applied at checkout

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Nubee is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your Nubee Go Bag is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder, then reach out to us we’re happy to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to make changes once an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error right after placing your order, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nubee is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at support@shopnubee.com and we’ll help you file a claim.

Delays

Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume (hi, launch week!). We’ll always do our best to communicate any known delays via email.
